본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 알파카랩(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 ALPS 건축 법규검토 서비스(이하 "서비스") 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 이용하시면 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
ALPS 는 대한민국 공개 토지·법규 데이터를 기반으로 건축 법규 검토 리포트를 자동 생성하는 서비스입니다. ChatGPT, Claude 등 MCP 호환 호스트 앱에서 호출됩니다.
ALPS Housing — 주택 구입 예산·대출 한도와 갈아타기 판정은 건축 법규검토와 성격이 달라 별도 서비스로 제공합니다. 본 약관의 면책·책임 제한·준거법 조항은 여기에도 같이 적용되며, 그 결과는 금융 자문이 아닙니다.
서비스가 생성하는 리포트는 참고용이며, 법률·건축·엔지니어링 자문이 아닙니다. 결과는 공개 데이터와 자동 룰 해석에 기반합니다. 지방자치단체 조례는 적재된 범위에서 반영되며, 아직 적재되지 않은 관할, 최근 법령 개정, 지구단위계획 지침, 특별계획구역, 개별 심의 조건, 유권해석과 현장 여건은 반영되지 않을 수 있습니다.
서비스 결과를 근거로 의사결정 하기 전에 반드시 건축사·변호사·인허가 담당기관 등 자격 있는 전문가의 자문을 받으십시오.
서비스는 명시적·묵시적 어떠한 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 서비스 이용 또는 의존으로 발생한 부정확한 데이터·불완전 검토·법규 미준수 등의 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에 대해서는 그러하지 아니합니다.
서비스 이용은 개인정보처리방침 도 함께 적용됩니다. 주소 및 건축 계획 데이터 처리 방식은 해당 방침에 명시되어 있습니다.
서비스의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 문서 등 모든 지적재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 생성한 검토 리포트는 본인의 목적으로 자유롭게 사용 가능합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단하거나 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 요청은 제12항의 연락처로 접수하며, 회사는 지체 없이(늦어도 10일 이내) 계정 정보·저장한 검토·세션과 토큰을 삭제합니다. 처리 내용은 개인정보처리방침 제4·5항과 같습니다.
회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 약관은 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 내에 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리하거나 중대한 변경은 시행일 30일 전에 공지합니다.
이용자가 변경에 동의하지 않는 경우 시행일 전까지 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 공지된 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 이용자가 약관을 위반하거나 서비스 운영에 지장을 주는 경우 서비스 접근을 정지·종료할 수 있습니다. 회사의 운영상 사유로 서비스를 종료하는 경우에는 종료일 30일 전에 서비스 내에 공지합니다.
서비스는 건축 실무를 위한 도구로 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 19세 미만 이용자는 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 서비스를 이용해야 합니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련해 분쟁이 발생한 경우 관할 법원은 민사소송법이 정하는 바에 따릅니다.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ALPS building regulation review service ("Service") operated by Alpaka Lab ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ALPS provides automated building code review reports based on publicly available Korean land and regulation data. The Service is accessed through MCP-compatible host applications such as ChatGPT and Claude.
ALPS Housing — home purchase budget, loan limits and trade-up assessments are offered as a separate service of a different nature from building code review. The disclaimer, limitation of liability and governing law in these Terms apply equally to it; its outputs are not financial advice.
The review reports generated by the Service are for reference purposes only and do not constitute legal, architectural, or engineering advice. Results are based on publicly available data and automated rule interpretation. Municipal ordinances are reflected to the extent they have been loaded, but jurisdictions not yet loaded, recent amendments, district unit plan guidelines, special planning districts, individual design-review conditions, administrative interpretations and site conditions may not be reflected.
You must consult qualified professionals (architects, lawyers, permit authorities) before making decisions based on the Service output.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including inaccurate data, incomplete review, or regulatory non-compliance.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service processes address and building plan data as described therein.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and documentation, belong to the Company. Review reports generated for you may be freely used for your own purposes.
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. Send the request to the contact in Section 12; account data, saved reviews, sessions and tokens are deleted without delay (within 10 days at the latest), as described in Sections 4 and 5 of the Privacy Policy.
The Company may update these Terms. Changes are announced in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days in advance where the change is material or unfavourable to users.
If you do not agree to a change, you may terminate before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
The Company may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated or where use disrupts the Service. If the Company discontinues the Service for its own operational reasons, it will announce this in the Service at least 30 days beforehand.
The Service is a professional tool for architectural practice and is not directed at children under 14. Users under 19 must have the consent of a legal guardian.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The competent court for any dispute is determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
